OUR MINISTRIES
Welcome to Trinity Lutheran Church, where we offer a range of ministries to help you grow in faith and community. Our programs are designed to provide you with the support and resources you need to live a fulfilling Christian life. We offer a variety of programs for all ages, including Bible studies, prayer groups, and fellowship events.

Kid's Ministry
We believe that children are a gift from God, and we are committed to providing them with a safe and nurturing environment where they can learn about God's love for them. Our Kid's Ministry offers a range of programs and activities for children of all ages, including Sunday school and VBS. Kids are a part of the church, THEY ARE ALWAYS WELCOME!
Women's Ministry
Our Women's Ministry is a community of women who come together to support and encourage one another in their faith journey. Through Bible studies, prayer groups, and fellowship events, we provide women with the opportunity to grow in their relationship with God and with each other.

Our Women's Bible Study meets on Thursdays at 10:30am!

Care Ministry: Gas Cards & Food Bags
MONDAYS at 12-2pm in the Sanctuary (except when holidays* are on a Monday)

The Trinity Lutheran Care Ministry provides $30.00 gift cards for gasoline. Gas cards or issued every ninety (90) Days. The purpose is to provide emergency funding for access to doctors and medical clinics. Also offers assistance for attending job interviews and access to individual aid resources. We alos have Bags with Food for those who are need.
*For holidays occurring on Monday, Cards are given out on Tuesday.
Freezer Ministry
The Trinity Freezer Ministry is a joint effort by our members where we prepare home-cooked meals for a family of four and freeze them. These meals are
given out to either members of the congregation who are ill or injured and to persons in need who have the ability to heat the meals.

Volunteer Groups

As Christians, we are called to serve others and make a positive impact in our community. Our Volunteer Groups provide opportunities for members to use their God-given talents and abilities to help others in need. From serving at local food banks to volunteering at homeless shelters, our Volunteer Groups make a difference in the lives of those around us.
Grief Support Group
MAT-SU GRIEF SUPPORT GROUP is sponsored by Trinity Lutheran Church and The Compassionate Friends and is affiliated with the National Compassionate Friends Organization and is a support group for anyone who has experienced the death of a child of any age or any other greif issue. This group has an excellent web site the compassionate friends.org. The local group facilitators are Richard Clinch and Pat Wray. Karl and Joyce Lund lost their youngest son who died in an automobile accident in 1995. They have been facilitating this group since 2000 and recently retired and left Alaska. Pastoral Care & Support
At Trinity Lutheran Church, we understand that life can be challenging at times, and we all need support and encouragement. Our Pastoral Care & Support provides a safe and confidential space where you can receive spiritual guidance and emotional support from our pastoral team. Whether you are struggling with a personal issue or simply need someone to talk to, we are here for you.

Marriage Preparation
We believe that a strong and healthy marriage is the foundation of a strong Christian family. Our Marriage Preparation program is designed to help couples prepare for a lifelong commitment to each other and to God. Through a series of classes, we provide couples with the tools and knowledge they need to build a successful marriage based on biblical principles. Pastor Kaila will also help you work on your wedding ceremony during the course.
